These terms govern your use of the CaloriZen website and mobile application. By creating an account you agree to them.

Using CaloriZen

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, and you are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Accounts are personal and may not be shared.

Health information

CaloriZen provides wellness guidance and access to licensed practitioners. Nothing in the app or on this website is a substitute for emergency medical care. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency service immediately.

Bookings and payment

Appointments may be rescheduled free of charge up to 12 hours before the session. Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time from within the app; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Your content

Anything you log remains yours. You grant us only the permission needed to operate the service — storing it, showing it back to you, and sharing it with the practitioners you explicitly choose.

Changes

We will give at least 30 days’ notice by email before any material change to these terms takes effect.
