Before your first session
How long is a first appointment?
Forty-five minutes. It is mostly listening — your history, what you have already tried, and what you actually want to change. You will leave with a plan outline, and the written version arrives in the app within 48 hours.
What does it cost?
A one-off consultation is ৳1,800. Monthly plans start at ৳2,900 and include two sessions plus messaging — we will tell you which is cheaper for what you need, even when that is the smaller number.
Can I be seen the same week?
Usually yes for online sessions, and often within two days. In-person clinic slots in Banani run about a week ahead. Tell us if it is urgent and we will find you something sooner.
Is this form secure?
Please keep clinical detail brief here — a booking request is not the place for a full medical history. Everything sensitive belongs in the app, where it is encrypted end to end and only visible to the specialist you choose.
