Privacy Policy

This policy explains what CaloriZen collects, why, and what control you have over it. It is written to be read rather than to be defensible.

What we collect

Account details you give us, the health data you choose to log, and basic technical information such as device type and app version. We do not buy data about you from anyone else.

How it is protected

Health records are encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is logged. No CaloriZen employee can read your health entries without an explicit, audited support request that you have approved.

Who can see it

Only you, until you decide otherwise. When you book, you choose which parts of your record that practitioner can read, and you can revoke that access at any time. We never sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Your rights

You can export everything you have logged in a readable format, correct anything inaccurate, and delete your account. Deletion means erasure, not archiving — it completes within 30 days.
